How To Fill Jamb Form Without Mistakes
Make sure you have the preregistration details at hand.
Preregistration details like your :
Jamb profile code; This costs only fifty naira (₦50). You must have this before you proceed to continue the utme 2020 registration.
Email address; Create an email address to use for the registration. I highly recommend that you use Gmail. Yahoo mail is not acceptable.
Jamb pin code; This is the utme pin code that you paid for in the bank. Make you bring this with you.
Jamb password; Create a strong password that is easy to remember. Most people use their phone numbers, you can do the same.
Surname; Your surname in capital letters. Make sure it is free of errors.
First Name; Your first name in capital letters. Don’t mix up first name and middle name together.
Middle Name; Put your middle name here. If you don’t have a middle name, leave it.
Date Of Birth; Put your correct date of birth here. In this format (date/month/year). For example (15/05/1994).
Phone Number : I recommend that you should use the same phone number that you used to get a profile code.
Gender; Whether you are a male or female.
Marital Status; Married or single.
Disability; If you have any disability, put it here. If you don’t, skip it.
Address; The address of the house you live.
State of Origin; The state in which you are from.
Local Government of Origin : Similar to the state of origin. The local government that you came from.
Where You Want To Sit For The Examination
State; The state you would like to write the exam in.
Country; The country you would like to sit for the examination in.
Town Of Examination; The town you wish to write jamb in.
Choices Of Institution
1st Choice; University and your desired course.
2nd Choice; Polytechnic or University and your course.
3rd Choice; College of Education or Polytechnic and the course you want to study.
4th choice; innovative institutes and the course you will like to study there.
Utme Subjects; Your jamb subject combination. The subjects must be 4 and English language is compulsory. Make sure you pick the correct subject combination.
O Level Result
The subjects in your O level result and the grades you got in them.
Your o level result will still be scanned or captured for registration.
Number of sittings; Number of times you sat for the O level examination. Either 1 or 2.
The type of examination of the o level result you submitted.
It might be either school waec, private waec (waec gce), school neco, private neco (neco gce), or nabteb.
